What is Noelle Braids Refund/Return Policy?
No refunds. No exchanges
It is against Federal law to re-sell used hair, so we cannot accept any products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or altered in any way.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, email us photos of the unworn items within 24 hours of receipts. After we confirm a mistake was made, we will send you next steps on how to return your items.
Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be granted a refund - and any packages sent back will not be returned to the sender.
If you entered incorrect mailing address, you will need to pay an additional $10 to cover processing expenses before your order is shipped out. Any order due to customer adding incorrect address will not be refund or mailed back out without customer paying the additional shipping and handling costs.
